Wasif is the Chief Learning Officer and Lead Trainer at Make It Happen. MIH is an organizational development and capacity building company which has a core philosophy of enabling organizations, teams and individuals to craft result oriented initiatives and drives to achieve excellence. Before founding MIH, Wasif has worked in the field of HR & Organizational Development and Change for 14+ years in diverse sectors like outsourcing, telecom, agriculture, textile, FMCG and IT.

Wasif has strong action based focus and passion which helps him to engage participants to learn tools that can not only transform results for them but also equip them to redefine their journey to be a building block. Leadership & Change Management, Team Dynamics, Design Thinking, Personal Change and Development, Sales Planning, Customer Centricity and Driving & Designing Results have been his key areas as a facilitator and coach. Wasif is someone who believes in the power of passion and bounce back thinking and stays excited around challenges.
